Job Location: Chennai, India
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Train and certify first time supervisors for their role
Facilitate soft skill programs for the frontline staff
Conduct new hire induction sessions for new joiners as per business requirements
Train and coach in both a classroom and virtual environment
Prepare and report necessary training reports to the training manager
Create and update relevant training modules
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Relationship Management and facilitation Skills
Knowledge on feedback and coaching methodologies
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
Excel and PowerPoint knowledge for reporting & data analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
Any graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in international BPO companies is preferred
At least 2 years of experience in Talent Development
Should have conducted 300+ hours of training each year for the past 2 years
Adept in conducting at least 6 soft skills programs immediately
Experience in working in a cross-functional workplace
Recognized certifications on Talent Development, Instructional Design or Diploma in Training will be an added advantage
