Sanjeev Britto, Chief Delivery Officer - Operations

As Chief Delivery Officer - Operations and a member of the founding team at Access Healthcare, Sanjeev has been instrumental in setting up the company’s delivery processes and systems and multiple site operations in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Pune. His vast knowledge of revenue cycle management processes, payer-provider interactions, client services, and operations management has contributed significantly to developing our service delivery workflow, knowledge management, and client reporting tools.

Sanjeev has over 22 years of experience managing large-scale client relationships, service delivery, and processes on large-scale revenue cycle services clients. Sanjeev has transitioned processes during his career and set up operations for over 100 mid-sized and large clients.

Before joining Access Healthcare, Sanjeev worked as a Key Account manager with Dell Services (Now NTT Data). He was responsible for managing day-to-day revenue cycle services delivery for multiple clients with over 450 employees and leading client transitions and Service delivery. He was instrumental in securing the highest customer satisfaction on the clients he managed and has also successfully undergone workshops and courses in project management.

A Post-Graduate in Public Administration, Sanjeev began his career with Vision Healthsource as a client manager, where he was responsible for knowledge management and transitioning clients based in the US.
