As Chief Delivery Officer - Operations, Gautam leads the service delivery for key accounts at Access Healthcare. To this role, he brings over 30+ years of experience in mentoring and managing large production teams across multiple geographical locations, as well as over 25,000 hours of training (mentoring and coaching) under his belt.
Before Access Healthcare, Gautam was Senior Vice President at Exela Technologies, where he led delivery operations for the Asia-Pacific region across multiple service lines like Healthcare, BFSI, and Electronic Content Management. Earlier, he worked in operations leadership roles with organizations like Technosoft Corporation, SourceHOV (Now part of Exela Technologies), Tricom Infotech Solutions Ltd (Now part of Datamatics), Firstsource Solutions Ltd, Vetri Software/Lason India, Essorgi Technologies, Kothari Petrochemicals Ltd, and Tata Chemicals Ltd. He has also worked as a consultant for a couple of years, with a key focus on Process audits, training & coaching, and lean process mapping.
Gautam is a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional, a certified Capable Manager from ACME, and a registered Coordinator for COPC. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Chemical Engineering from Mangalore University and a PG Diploma in Management (PGDM) specializing in Operations Management from All India Management Association, New Delhi.
