As Senior Vice President of Access Healthcare, Matthew is responsible for the relationship and engagement strategy, business growth, and service excellence of some of the company's largest healthcare revenue cycle accounts. In this role, he drives cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value creation, and experiences.
Matthew brings over 20 years of experience with technology-enabled services in healthcare, working at the intersection of operations and technology in revenue cycle management. He is an accomplished leader with extensive experience creating and leading globally dispersed teams in functional design, strategy, service delivery, human capital development, business scalability, project management, and product innovation. He has hands-on management experience in diverse business settings in North America, Europe, and Asia, including new venture start-ups, turnaround, and rapid growth/scaling.
Before joining Access Healthcare, Matthew was Chief Operating Officer at Revecore, responsible for the leadership of the company's service delivery operations, software development, technology infrastructure, and administrative operations. Earlier, he was Managing Director of athenahealth Technology Pvt. Ltd., leading the company's offshore operations and technology resources. During his tenure, he was directly responsible for the leadership and growth of athenahealth's India service operations, software development, and platform engineering teams based in Chennai and Bangalore, India. Additionally, he held numerous operations leadership roles at athenahealth, supporting the growth and scaling of service delivery across the front, mid-cycle, and back-end RCM functions. Prior to athenahealth, Matthew worked in management consulting at KPMG and Bank of America.
Matthew has pursued executive education from prestigious institutions such as INSEAD, Harvard Business School, and MIT Sloan School of Management. He completed the Managing Partnerships & Strategic Alliances Program from INSEAD, the High Potentials Leadership Program from Harvard Business School, and the Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management. He also holds a BS in Management from Babson College.
