As the Senior Vice President of US Operations, Ananth Pudukkottai leads the client services team and US service delivery organization.
Ananth brings over two decades of outsourcing services industry experience across all facets of healthcare, including Provider, Payer, Labs, Medical devices, and Provider owned health plans. He has a proven track record of successfully growing and managing an extensive portfolio of healthcare clients while holding responsibility for client success and profitability.
Before joining Access Healthcare, Ananth held various leadership roles with healthcare business process and IT services provider organizations such as Cognizant, Perot Systems / Dell Services, and WNS Global Services. In these organizations, he led large-scale, multiple service tower operations and sales teams from the front and focused on driving profitable growth and value to healthcare clients.
Ananth began his career with Brigade Corporation before moving to Vision Healthsource (a Perot Systems company) in 2003. He spent the early part of his career in various operations, transition, and client management roles, where he owned the responsibility for expanding wallet share from existing clients and driving the growth of the healthcare BPO organization
At Cognizant, Ananth was responsible for managing and growing the Healthcare Provider BPO business, and later, at WNS Global Services, he managed the medical devices portfolio. He managed a P&L of over $ 80 million in these organizations for various healthcare clients. Ananth was instrumental in executing a digital-first strategy for these clients while providing transformational process and technology interventions to achieve market-leading business outcomes.
Ananth holds a Master of Computer Applications degree and an Executive Certificate in International Management from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management.
