As senior vice president of finance, Balaji is responsible for Access Healthcare's finance and accounting operations and day-to-day financial reporting while leading and developing a world-class accounting team. He oversees the development and execution of financial and operational strategies and monitors control systems to preserve the company's assets.
Balaji provides leadership to the finance and accounting function to ensure timely statutory filing of accounts and tax compliance. He also leads teams performing internal audits, financial planning & analysis, solutions pricing, and operations finance.
Balaji has deep expertise in accounting & finance, risk management, operations, and financial data management & systems. Over the past two decades, Balaji has worked in the finance and accounting function for leading software and services companies. Before Access Healthcare, Balaji worked with CSS Corp as the Head of Global Revenue Assurance. He started his career as an Executive with Kumaran Systems and later led the Finance Department's operations. At Kumaran Systems, he played a critical role in centralizing the Finance function. Later, he worked with Pentafour Products and Indium Software in the finance and accounting function.
Balaji holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and has completed the intermediate level with the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants in India.
