As senior vice president of Infrastructure Solutions, Madhavan is responsible for implementing ITIL best practices and streamlining information security management while ensuring it aligns with the business objectives of Access Healthcare. He oversees the delivery of best-in-class IT solutions for mission-critical business operations, business continuity, and information security programs. He leads the company’s initiatives to achieve and maintain ISO 27001, HITRUST, and PCI: DSS certifications.
Madhavan has over 33 years of experience in managing Enterprise IT Infrastructure. He has extensive experience conceptualizing and implementing new IT Technologies, ITIL Best Practices, IT Services Optimization, IT Automation, Information Security Management, Cloud Infrastructure, and Multiple Data Centers.
Before Access Healthcare, Madhavan held several leadership positions at Gavs Technologies Pvt Ltd, CSS Corp Pvt Ltd, and CMC Limited.
Madhavan holds an MBA in Marketing. He has various international certifications: ITIL V3 Expert, PCI DSS, ISO 20000 Implementation and Lead auditor (IT Service Management), ISO 27001 Implementation and Lead auditor (Information security), ISO 22301 LA (Business continuity), and CISA (Information security). Madhavan is also a Six Sigma Green Belt holder.
