With over 18 years of experience in the healthcare and telecom industries, Satheesh is an entrepreneurial, agile technology leader with profound domain insights. He brings a structured approach to identifying process improvement opportunities and redesigning processes by infusing robotic process automation (RPA) tools while implementing adequate measures to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. A seasoned technology leader, his experience cuts across the management of technologies and business platforms, CRM solutions, business process improvement, budgeting, and resource management. He has hands-on experience in electronic data interchange between the source and target environments by apply industry-specific EDI standards and operating procedures.
Before joining Access Healthcare, Satheesh was the CTO at Hethi Business Services, responsible for driving the organization’s RPA initiatives. Earlier, Satheesh worked in various leadership roles with SourceHOV, Virtusa, Verizon, and HCL Technologies. Satheesh holds a Masters in Computers from Bharathidasan University.
