Access Healthcare Welcomes the Pacific BPO Team
At a town hall meeting organized in Noida to celebrate the acquisition of Pacific BPO on Friday, August 31, 2018, Shaji Ravi, our president, and managing director, joined Pacific BPO CEO, and president of Access Healthcare’s hospital business, Kumar Shwetabh to address the gathering of over 2,000 Pacific BPO associates.
Vivek Gaur, chief people officer of Pacific BPO, opened the proceedings by inviting Kumar to address the Pacific team. Kumar talked about how the acquisition creates one of the largest healthcare outsourcing companies and his new role with Access Healthcare. The Noida team’s excitement at joining Access Healthcare could be seen from the loud cheer through the event. Kumar then invited Shaji to speak.
Shaji began by welcoming the Pacific BPO team into Access Healthcare and talked about how the synergies will enable us to create additional value for our customers. He also apprised the Pacific team about the story of Access Healthcare. Shaji and Kumar also introduced Amitabh Vartak, our COO, Jacob Jesuroon, VP-HR, and Manish Jain, our CMO to the Noida team.
A Q&A followed the town hall meeting and the event ended with a high tea. It was great to watch the camaraderie and the excitement of the Noida team.
