IN ITS FIRST APPEARANCE ON THE LIST, ACCESS HEALTHCARE HAS BEEN PLACED AS A MAJOR CONTENDER IN RECOGNITION OF VALUE DELIVERED TO CLIENTELE, PORTFOLIO DIVERSITY AND IMPACT ON MARKET
The Everest Group, the world’s leading BPO research organization, has named Access Healthcare a "Major Contender" in the 2023 edition of their annual Healthcare Payer Operations PEAK Matrix® Assessment. This is the first time the company has participated in this assessment of their Payer services business, although the Revenue Cycle Management Services PEAK Matrix has consistently featured Access Healthcare as a Leader for the past five years, including the latest edition released in 2023.
A total of 29 Payer Operations service providers were evaluated this year on the value delivered to payers, impact made on the healthcare payer market, service portfolio, vision and strategy among other factors. Major Contenders are defined as companies which have successfully consolidated their capabilities in specific areas of the value chain through investment in people, process and technology.
Anurag Jain, Chairman & CEO of Access Healthcare said, “Access Healthcare is now in active growth mode, pursuing a significant consolidation across the entire revenue cycle. While payer services is a relatively new area of focus for us, the Major Contender tag on the Everest PEAK Matrix underscores the great strides we have made in a short time. Our technology portfolio, which was conceptualized and built around the provider side of the revenue cycle, has now matured into a versatile platform capable of boosting productivity, quality and efficiency across the breadth of the healthcare BPO industry. This will grant further momentum to our payer services capabilities”
