With over 22 years of experience, Prabhakar provides leadership to Access Healthcare's applications development team focusing on developing market-leading software solutions for operations management and process automation. As senior vice president of application development, he aligns software strategy with business strategy and goals. He has led the development and oversees the delivery of Access Healthcare's integrated cloud-based technology arc.in workflow, knowledge management, client portals, employee engagement, and performance management tools.
Under Prabhakar's leadership, Access Healthcare has developed a unique automation technology for revenue cycle processes, echo, built on a scalable architecture utilizing machine learning, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation technologies.
Before Access Healthcare, he worked with Sofia Software Ltd and Allsec Technologies. At Allsec, Prabhakar was responsible for global software delivery and product development initiatives. Some of the products developed under his leadership include a Human Resources BPO product provided as software-as-a-Service and a payroll processing engine for providing outsourced payroll business process services.
