Job Description
Working as an HRBP involves discussions with the business heads, Managers, and team lead about the productivity of employees and retention strategies
Handling Headcount of employees scattered in multiple locations
Employee staff retention and counseling
Skip level with Employees, Employee one to one discussion
Employee grievance and queries addressed to HR will be solved, and convey the status to the employees in a stipulated time frame
Coordinate induction and new line orientation
Be an escalation path for unresolved employee relation issues
Attendance and Leave management system
Organizing Reward and recognition events, Observing and celebrating important days
Job Requirements
1-4 years of experience in the human resources function
