Vardhman Jain, Founder and Vice Chairman of the Board

As Founder and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Access Healthcare, Vardhman is shaping the company’s strategic agenda and sets priorities to extend the company's market leadership position in healthcare revenue cycle outsourcing by applying technology, operational and financial rigor. He is responsible for the company’s strategy, growth, and profitability.

Vardhman has extensive experience in corporate development, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, executive leadership, and leading large-scale BPO operations. As an entrepreneur and recognized thought leader, Vardhman is leading the company's strategic initiatives and its foray into F&A and Financial services BPO.

Vardhman is passionate about business process automation and has enabled Access Healthcare to build an enterprise robotic process automation platform, echo which leverages AI and ML to automate most transactional and voice-based repeatable business processes. Throughout his career, he has provided the anchoring vision to build enterprise business process automation platforms, including workflow automation, knowledge management, employee performance management, employee rewards, and client collaboration technologies. At Access Healthcare, this has manifested in the form of arc.in, an enterprise BPM platform that provides a unified global workflow for employees, empowers leaders to run day-to-day operations, and enables them to make informed decisions.

Vardhman has received a couple of patents for his pioneering technology work, including patents for  System and method for image processing with the assignment of medical codes and System and method for viewing and utilizing data from electronic images

Vardhman co-owns Asia (Chennai) Engineering, a leading commercial and industrial civil engineering firm in India. Vardhman is the founder of Aavishkaar, a skill development organization focusing on training underprivileged youth and providing them access to gainful employment. He is also a member of Chennai Angels, which helps incubate and fund several start-ups in India. Vardhman holds his philanthropy and corporate social responsibility as core tenets in his personal life and business and orchestrates multiple charitable endeavors through Shree Sarita Jain Foundation Trust (SSJFT), a not-for-profit organization, as its managing trustee. The foundation works on large-scale philanthropic efforts in three focus areas - financial aid for education, reducing hunger among underserved communities in India, and funding emergency healthcare needs.

Before Access Healthcare, Vardhman served as the Managing Director for Dell Services BPO operations worldwide. At Dell, he led the global delivery of business process services to over 100 clients across Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, Travel and Hospitality, and Commercial Markets with over 9,000 people globally. Vardhman played a crucial role in infusing scalability into Dell's operations and established Dell as a leading provider of Healthcare and Insurance business process solutions. The BPO business of Dell had its roots in the capabilities of Vision Healthsource, a company co-founded by Vardhman and sold to Perot Systems in 2003. He held the global delivery responsibility for Perot Systems and integrated the operation into Dell Services when Dell acquired Perot Systems in 2009. 

Vardhman holds graduate degrees in Computer Science from the University of Texas, Austin, and statistics from Loyola College in Chennai, India.
